Please read the following terms and conditions carefully, as they apply to all products and services provided by us.
**Wholesale Prices**
Looking to order in bulk? Contact us for special discounts and quoted pricing on our products based on the quantity you need. We’re here to offer competitive wholesale prices.
**Shipments**
Rest assured, we strive to ship your orders efficiently. If you have a preferred carrier, let us know, and we’ll accommodate your request if possible. Smaller packages under 50 pounds are typically shipped via FedEx or UPS. For residential order, your larger items will be delivered LTL along with a power lift-gate.
**Claims for Shortages or Damaged Goods**
When your packages arrive, be sure to check your merchandise to see if it coincides with the Bill of Lading. While rare, if your package is damaged, do not accept delivery. Make sure to take pictures of the damage. If your shipment is missing or lost, contact us immediately. All claims must be filed within 7 days of receipt. We will reship your order to you, pre-paid.

**Cancellation Policy**
Need to make changes? Contact us within 2 hours of placing your order. Orders process quickly, but if cancellation is possible, it’s free of charge. If not, refuse the products upon delivery, and they’ll be returned to us. We’ll issue a refund for the merchandise (including applicable tax), with shipping and handling charges non-refundable.
**Local Standards and Regulations**
Emax Plastics offers products designed to meet state and federal requirements. However, local standards can vary. Purchasers are responsible for compliance with local standards, codes, and regulations in their respective areas.
**Warranties**
Our products come with a one-year warranty against manufacturing defects. We believe this duration is sufficient for testing the strength and durability of our offerings. If you need to return a defective product to Emax Plastics, you must first get a Return Authorization number. Emax Plastics won’t accept or fully refund any returns without this number. When making a warranty claim, you should also include the original sales receipt. Emax Plastics may ask for photos to check if the product is really defective or damaged. If Emax Plastics agrees to replace the product, the customer needs to pay for the shipping unless Emax Plastics finds that the defect wasn’t caused by improper use or neglect. The most Emax Plastics will provide under this warranty is the cost of the materials needed for the replacement.
